Seasenses Cocoon
Sea Senses Cocoon is a frontline apartment with a breathtaking seaview, excellent finishes and spacious communal areas equipped with all the luxuries for 5 people.
From the 8th floor balcony there is a magnificent view all over the multiple pools, the Cala Piteras beach, the promenade and even the port and city of Torrevieja.
Due to the permanent heatedpool,jacuzzi, sauna, playground, padel features an outdoor pool, a garden, a shared lounge, this place is heaven all year long.
Located in Punta Prima, a typical Spanish seaside resort located on the southern Costa Blanca within 30 minutes of two international airports Murcia and Alicante.
The beaches are some of the cleanest and have been awarded the blue flag status. Punta Prima has a Mediterranean climate with 320 days of sunshine a year. The beach has a wonderful promenade around the corner with shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants.

With all facilities available, you can choose between intense sports or just chilling out. Experience many typical restaurants nearby or cook at home and enjoy a romantic sunset from our Seasenses Cocoon.
Beaches
Just in front of Seasense Cocoon there’s the beach. Also Several blue flagged beaches are nearby. Punta Prima has a sandy beach. On one side where you can swim, paddle or simply sunbathe, and on the other rock pools safe location for children to spend time looking for crabs.
Sightseeing & action
Check out the cities of Torrevieja, Alicante or Murcia. Don't forget the flamingo's and the pink salt lake or go for a walk along the beaches or in the hills.
Local Market
A visit to the local market to buy your fruits and vegetables, shoes, bags and clothes can be made on Saturdays at Playa Flamenca.
Food & beverage
Visit the Commercial Centre with an Eroski supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants.

We’re strategically located in privileged surroundings, in front of the sea, in a consolidated urban area with all kinds of services and amenities nearby and close to a junction of the AP-7 motorway.
There are 3 excellent 18-hole golf courses within 2 km and the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, the most important in the area at over 80,000m2, is just 1 km away.

Booking rules
The price includes the use of the private jacuzzi and the public spa, gym, swimming pools etc…
There is a fixed extra cost for bed & bath linen, electricity, water, air conditioning etc… calculated per stay or per week (when staying longer than 7 nights). When a booking is split over multiple seasons, we will calculate the extra cost based on the longest period in a season. The minimum stay is 5 nights and a reservation needs to be made 3 days prior to arriving.
The end-of-stay cleaning is done by us and is included in the cost. For stays longer than a week, additional cleaning can be done at an extra cost.
Airport transportation can be arranged at an extra cost.
Pets are not allowed.
